Welcome to NameDrops. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NameDrops mobile and web application (the "Service") provided by NameDrops ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use NameDrops. The Service is intended for adults who are expecting or planning a baby. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us immediately at namedrops.app@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
When using NameDrops, you agree not to:
The names, votes, notes, and other content you create in NameDrops belong to you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you and your linked partner.
NameDrops lets you link your account to a partner using an invite code. Once linked, you and your partner can see each other's matches and notes within the app. You are responsible for who you choose to link with. You can manage account deletion from the Settings tab in the app at any time.
We work to keep NameDrops available and reliable, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from data loss. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NameDrops will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You may stop using NameDrops and delete your account at any time from the Settings tab in the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
